Does Pinpoint provide insurance across multiple platforms?
Yes. At Pinpoint, your property’s protection is a top priority. While Airbnb offers its own host guarantee, we’ve partnered with Superhog to provide additional cover for bookings made on other platforms such as Booking.com, Homelike, and more.
This means your property remains protected, and every guest is professionally vetted, no matter where the booking comes from. Our goal is to make short-term renting secure, hassle-free, and worry-free.
What ongoing fees will I pay?
Airbnb charges a 15% host fee (plus VAT/GST) on your total earnings. At Pinpoint, our management fee (also subject to VAT/GST) is based on your property’s gross income from the platform. You can view our full range of services here.
When you join us, we’ll provide a starter checklist of essential items such as cleaning supplies and guest essentials (toilet paper, toiletries, etc.). Our professional housekeeping team will keep these stocked, and you’ll only be charged cost price for replacements. Guests cover the cleaning and laundry fees, so you don’t need to worry about hidden costs.
